At Cartridge King, we want you to be completely satisfied with your printing supplies. If your item is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact unless the item is being returned for a technical defect.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement cartridge within 3 to 5 business days.
